As custom paper products are our specialty, we ask that you take time in reviewing the proof that we send to you. Blue Dress Press is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: misspelling, grammar or punctuation i.e. where text has been submitted wrong, you have chosen an option such as size or color or an error has been overlooked by the customer. Blue Dress Press will do its best to correct your situation, however you will be charged for the reprint of the order at a 10% discount plus incur an additional shipping charge. Should any error by on the manufacturing side, we will reprint your product at no additional charge and ship as soon as possible.
Blue Dress Press works with reputable printing vendors that produce a high quality product; however screen proofs may have a variance in color. Blue Dress Press is not liable for color matching to screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement; color and density can sometimes differ.
By submitting the above proof document to Blue Dress Press, you agree to the following terms:
YOU have verified that the address to which the printed material will be shipped is correct.
YOU have verified that spelling and content are correct.
YOU are satisfied with the document layout.
YOU understand that my document will print EXACTLY as it appears on the proof provided.
YOU cannot make any changes once my order is placed.
YOU assume all responsibility for typographical errors.
YOU understand that color and density may sometimes differ.
ORDER SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Blue Dress Press will always act to make sure that any production difficulties do not delay delivery schedules. In no case shall Blue Dress Press be liable for any delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond Blue Dress Press's direct control. Blue Dress Press shipment and delivery dates are calculated based upon estimates provided by our suppliers. Blue Dress Press shall not be liable for any consequential or damages resulting for any reason whatsoever. The sole remedy is replacement of the printed material.
Orders must be shipped at whole quantities and may not be split up. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Unexpected equipment failure, malfunction and or technical problems may delay the printing process. In case of delay caused by technical difficulty, rush charges/fees will be refunded or waived where applicable. However, technical difficulty will not be the grounds for order cancellation.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED INCORRECT ADDRESS
When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, Blue Dress Press will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
Blue Dress Press will allow you to cancel your order prior to Approval. We will inform you of any cancellation charges depending on the stage of the order which you agree to pay. Any orders cancelled after entering the printing process shall be invoiced at full price. No refunds will be issued on any orders once they have been approved and gone to print.
